Our roots are in lean management and organisational development. We added automation and digitalisation on top of that knowledge, not the other way around.
The result is a team that first asks how the work should run, and only then which technology should support it.
Our storyWhere we come from
Novacon was founded in 2015 and builds on the legacy of E-Con, a Hungarian consultancy that was among the pioneers of lean in Hungary. E-Con combined lean and organisational development in client projects early on, and supported the Hungarian edition of Lean Thinking (published as Lean szemlélet), the classic book by Womack and Jones. Novacon renewed that portfolio and added automation and digitalisation to it. The name reflects this: nova for new, con for consulting.
Our teamPeople who have been on your side of the table
Every member of our team has spent at least ten, mostly fifteen years in large companies, as experts and managers in operational and process improvement roles. We understand the day-to-day pressure of operations, such as a finance close, a master data request or a stalled approval, because we have lived it.
Where we workWherever your business runs
We work with clients wherever they are, in Europe, the Middle East and beyond. Our clients so far are in 13 countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Slovakia and the United Kingdom in Europe, Saudi Arabia in the Middle East, and the United States. Several of these clients run their SAP processes across Europe or worldwide, so our workflows serve thousands of users in many countries, not one site. Projects run in English; we also work in Hungarian.
